Ed Hardy × mgk
A limited collection pulled from the Ed Hardy archive, launched from a Lost Americana diner at ComplexCon Las Vegas.
Jake designed the collection with mgk for Floor 13, working with Ed Hardy creative director Kevin Christiana. It pulled from Ed Hardy’s archive of tattoo flash and filtered it through Lost Americana, mgk’s album about American nostalgia: tees, hats, bandanas and sweatsuits.
It debuted at ComplexCon Las Vegas inside a roadside diner. The booth had a neon Lost Americana Diner sign, red booth seating on a checkerboard floor, diner mugs, pie, and a menu that doubled as the price list. The collection launched ahead of mgk’s Lost Americana tour.
